I know that you want to expand your advertising space and increase your earnings from advertising. If you’re not satisfied with your ad space and the cash it brings in, it’s probably because advertisers don’t like your ad space and the format of the ad.

You see, you need to give your advertisers a bigger choice, like instead just providing the 125×125 banner ad, you can add 250×250 instead. And position on the page plays a crucial role, many bloggers and website owners always use a left or right sidebar to sell ad space to their advertisers.

But that’s not enough, you need to do split tests between your ads and to check out which part of your blog or website attract the most clicks, visits and advertisers. If you’re not sure how to do this, you can use great free and premium tools like crazyegg, clicktale or luckyorange.

This way your advertisers will earn more and you will get recurring income and maybe close some new deals.

Here are couple of ad spaces that I use to promote my advertisers, I found them very useful and with good ROI for my sponsors:

as you can see, there are many formats that I use and you can also add 160×600 in the sidebar near the end.

If you know for some other great ad formats and places to add them on the website or blog, please share with us in the comments.
