It is not a secret anymore – we are stressed. We work more than 8 hours a day, receive a salary that in most of the cases, don’t reflect our involvement and thus, we are unhappy. This state of mind makes us rather unprolific, inefficient and unproductive, yet we seem to transfer all of these feelings by the fault of stress. Still, how is stress made? How do we seem to arrive to this point in which everything seems to fall apart? Well, these being said, in case you are looking forward to knowing more concerning the subject, make sure to stick with us and keep an eye onto the following lines to get a better image over top 3 steps in handling stress – quick guide to let you know!

  1. Be Organized

Believe it or not, stress is highly linked to the inability of being organized. Letting all of the stuff running around you, sometimes not even knowing there are still things to be done, everything goes out of the normal track. And boom – stress comes across. So, the number one thing in here would be to be organized – which means writing down everything that you need to do, scheduling your day (with daily planners), having lots of post-its but all being set at the right hour and stop scheduling more things to do at a time! You are not superman unfortunately and you simply cannot be in two places at once.

  1. Stop Procrastinating

Yes, we all love to do that. We love to loose time, spend time while doing the things we crave most everytime we want – the problem in here is that we seem to want to repeat them over and over again, and voila – we end the day knowing we have lots of other things to do that are simply making our heads go round and round.

  1. Smile More

We all know life is tough sometimes. We agree upon this aspect, yet it is harder when we don’t smile, when we are not at all happy to know we have this gift, of being alive and doing things our way – even though not everytime. The third and last step is to smile more, because recent studies have shown that people who do that are more likeable and this will make others think good about yourself – which will make you feel less stressed, but happier.
