Living a Healthy Life on a Tight Budget

On the other hand, fruits would require maybe the same price, but let me tell you something – you will look better, feel better and end up with a longer life without problems.


  1. Eat More Veggies

Again, the same principle applies to the vegetables. You might be the kind of person who enjoys to buy a lot of meat, but let me tell you something – have you ever asked yourself why there are vegans? How come they end up taking this kind of life? Well, most of them have come to the conclusion that they can live their lives eating only veggies without having to deal with animal products, and that they can do this without making a lot of compromises – or money invested. All you need to do is to take some time, make some calculations and by the end of the day I tell you that you will actually pay less on veggies and rice than on a lot of meat that you used to pick up every week.
