It is everyone’s dream to have a really good income but to put very little effort into getting it. In reality this is really not possible as hard work does pay. However, there are some things that you could do, which might bring you in some extra income without you having to make that much effort. It all depends on what you consider to be a big effort!

Invest Wisely
If you have some money, then it is important to make sure that you are getting a good return from it. Take a look at all of the opportunities that are open to you with regards to investments. See what might potentially give you the best return and consider that against the risk. You could find that your money could be making you a bit of income. It all depends how much you have and how wisely you invest it.

Rent out a room/garage/parking space
If you have a spare room, garage or parking space, the there could be someone who is willing to use it and pay you for the privilege. Having a lodger can be quite a big undertaking as you will be sharing your home with a stranger. However, if you have an unused garage, then you may find someone who would like to rent it out and use it for storing items or parking their car. If you have an empty driveway in the daytime then you may find that someone wants to rent it to avoid paying large car park fees. It is all worth thinking about.

Get an easy job
A paid job is the easiest way of making some extra money. However, these can be a lot of hard work. There may be jobs that you can do which are easier though, ones that may not pay as much perhaps, but that you find more relaxing and fun. It could be worth looking out for these opportunities and consider whether it is something that you would want to consider.

Sell advertising
You may have something that you can sell advertising on in order to make money. Think about whether you have a website, for example that may have advertising opportunities on it. You may be able to advertise on your car for a local business or maybe even on your home. You may have to check before advertising on your home, but if you are on a main road with passing traffic, it could be an opportunity that a business could be interested in.

Sell things
If you own a lot of things that you no longer need or use, then it could be worthwhile trying to sell them.  It can be a lot easier than you think. You may be able to sell online through auction sites or social media. Or you could choose to sell at a local sale. Which you choose can depend on the types of items you have and the value of them. If you have a lot of things, you could quickly make a good amount of money.
