Nowadays, more and more people are not at all motivated while being at work. The 8 hours journey, staying in an office, in front of a computer, is not necessary a match made in Heaven. By this way, your body is already trained while doing the sports and once you set for the job, your brain will be all focused to do your job and then, go to do the sports again.
- Put Your Phone Aside
I know that your phone is a priority to you – it is to all of us. Still, while you are working, we recommend you to put it aside – but not necessarily somewhere near you, just somewhere from where you can hear it if it rings. By this way, you will not be interrupted by Facebook, Messenger or anything else that can make you wish to take a break every ten minutes just to see what is new. So, what do you say about them?
